专利说明:

The invention relates to a forage harvester according to the preamble of claim 1.
From EP 2 111 740 B1 a forage harvester with a front attachment is known which can be shifted between a working position and a transport position. The front attachment comprises a first, middle, fixed front attachment section as well as second and third front attachment sections adjoining on both sides of the first attachment section, which can each be displaced, namely in such a way that the second attachment sections can each be displaced about a pivot axis relative to the first attachment section, and that the third Attachment device sections, which are located opposite the first attachment device section and adjoin the respective second attachment device section, in each case being displaceable about a pivot axis relative to the respective second attachment device section. The attachment sections can be displaced in such a way that, in the transport position, all attachment sections are arranged in four parallel layers.
The forage harvester of EP 2 111 740 B1 also has a drive system for driving the forage harvester, the drive system comprising front wheels and rear wheels. The front wheels have a diameter that is larger than the diameter of the rear wheels.
A crawler drive for a forage harvester is known from DE 10 2012 109 085 A1.
Proceeding from this, the object of the present invention is to create a new type of forage harvester.
This object is achieved by a forage harvester according to claim 1.
According to the invention, the drive system comprises a caterpillar drive.
In connection with all of the exemplary embodiments of the invention, this is to be understood to mean that crawler tracks or crawler tracks are provided on at least one axis of the field BE2018 / 5222 chopper instead of wheels.
According to the invention, the front attachment can be shifted into a transport position in which segments of the front attachment extend from front to back in the longitudinal direction of the forage harvester in each case above the caterpillar drive in both longitudinal sides of the forage harvester.
With the invention, the front attachment can be easily shifted into the transport position without the risk that the front attachment moved into the transport position impairs the view for a driver of the forage harvester.
Furthermore, an auxiliary chassis for the front attachment can be dispensed with, since in the transport position of the front attachment the center of gravity of the front attachment is shifted rearwards towards a rear part of the forage harvester. In the transport position of the header, the weight of the header is optimally distributed over the forage harvester.
The attachment can be quickly moved between the working position and the transport position.
According to an advantageous development of the invention, the segments of the attachment, which in the transport position extend in the longitudinal direction of the forage harvester, run inclined in the transport position in such a way that they rise from a front part of the forage harvester towards a rear part of the forage harvester. There is no danger that a permissible height in road traffic will be exceeded in the transport position.
The front attachment preferably has lateral segments, a first lateral segment in the transport position extending along a first long side of the forage harvester in the longitudinal direction of the forage harvester, a second lateral segment in the transport position also extending in the longitudinal direction of the forage harvester along an opposite second long side of the forage harvester extends. In the transport position of the front attachment, the lateral SegBE2018 / 5222 elements extend above the caterpillar drive. This is possible without any problems, since a caterpillar drive has a lower height than the front wheels of a forage harvester without a caterpillar drive. There is no danger that a permissible height in road traffic will be exceeded in the transport position.
According to an advantageous development of the invention, the caterpillar drive is formed at least in the area of a front part of the forage harvester.
Preferred developments of the invention result from the subclaims and the following description. Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, without being restricted to this. Show:
Figure 1 shows a forage harvester according to the invention with an attachment in the working position.
Figure 2 shows the forage harvester with the attachment in the transport position. and
Fig. 3 shows a forage harvester with an alternative attachment in the transport position.
The invention relates to a forage harvester.
1 shows a forage harvester 1 in a perspective view from above, FIG. 1 showing an attachment 2 of the forage harvester 1 in the working position. The attachment 2 is preferably a maize header.
From the forage harvester 1, a driver's cab 3 and an ejection manifold 4 as well as assemblies of a drive system are shown, the drive system in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1 comprising a caterpillar drive 5 which extends at least in a front part of the forage harvester 1 below the driver's cab 3.
In a rear part of the forage harvester 1 it has conventional rear wheels 6.
BE2018 / 5222
It should be pointed out that the caterpillar drive can also extend into the area of the rear wheels, in which case the conventional rear wheels shown in FIG. 1 are omitted and are replaced by a guide element for the caterpillar elements of the caterpillar drive 5.
The attachment 2 of the forage harvester 1 of FIG. 1 can be moved between the working position shown in FIG. 1 and a transport position, FIG. 2 showing the forage harvester 1 of FIG. 1 with the attachment 2 in the transport position.
Fig. 2 can be seen that in the transport position of the attachment 2 segments 7, 8 of the attachment 2 extend in the longitudinal direction of the forage harvester from front to back in each case above the caterpillar drive 5, with a first lateral segment 7 in the transport position to a first Long side of the forage harvester 1 and a second lateral segment 8 in the transport position extends along an opposite second long side of the forage harvester 1, each in the longitudinal direction of the same. Fig. 2 can be seen that in the transport position, the lateral segments 7, 8 of the attachment 2, which extend in the transport position in the longitudinal direction to the long sides of the forage harvester 1, run above the caterpillar drive 5 and above the rear wheels 6, the segments 7, 8, which in the transport position extend in the longitudinal direction of the forage harvester, rise from a front part of the forage harvester 1 in the direction of the rear part thereof.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the front attachment 2 comprises two segments 7, 8, which in the working position (see FIG. 1) extend in the transverse direction of the forage harvester and in the transport position (see FIG. 2) in the longitudinal direction of the forage harvester. When viewed in the transport position of the front attachment 2, mowing and intake elements 9 of the front attachment 2 lying at the front can, depending on their dimensions, impair the lateral view for a driver of the forage harvester from the driver's cab 3.
BE2018 / 5222
In order to ensure an even more unobstructed view for the driver in the transport position of the front attachment 2, it is possible, as shown in FIG. 3, for the front attachment 2 to be in addition to the lateral segments 7, 8 which correspond to the embodiment of FIG. 1 and 2 are displaceable between the working position and the transport position, has a central segment 10 with the above-mentioned mowing and intake elements 9, which is aligned in the transport position and in the working position and extends in the transverse direction of the forage harvester 1.
In this case, the front attachment 2 then comprises three segments, namely the central segment 10 and the two lateral segments 7, 8. With regard to the remaining details, the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 3 corresponds to the exemplary embodiment in FIGS. 1 and 2, so that this is avoided unnecessary repetitions for the same assemblies, the same reference numbers are used.
The present invention provides a completely new forage harvester with a caterpillar drive 5 and a front attachment 2, which can be shifted into a new transport position, namely into a transport position in which lateral segments 7, 8 of the front attachment 2 in the longitudinal direction of the forage harvester 1 above the Track drive 5 extend. As a result, an optimal weight distribution is achieved in the transport position of the front attachment 2. An auxiliary chassis for the front attachment can be dispensed with. Even front attachments with working widths of twelve meters can be easily transported on the road in compliance with legal regulations. The attachment can be quickly and easily transferred between the working position and the transport position. Visibility for a driver is not restricted in the transport position.
In the transport position of the lateral segments 7, 8 of the front attachment, they are supported on projections or support elements 11 of a body structure 12 of the forage harvester 1. This will make it optimal
